We are looking for two Data Analysts for a Data & Analytics function where you will play a key role in driving data-driven development across the organization. You will work closely with both technology and operations, and have the opportunity to develop in advanced analytics, data modeling, and data visualization alongside experienced colleagues. The assignment includes working with one of Sweden's largest databases, focusing on transforming data into clear decision-making support and recommendations.

• Understand and define needs together with business and technology stakeholders
• Collect, process, and model data throughout the entire analytics value chain
• Build and further develop analytical foundations in SQL and dbt
• Visualize data and communicate insights to various target groups
• Share knowledge within the team and contribute to the development of work and analytical methods

• Solid experience with SQL and dbt, with the ability to work independently and confidently
• Experience with Tableau or equivalent visualization tools
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Experience with AI-assisted development, such as with Copilot or Claude
